Agencies |.- Maxim Krippa, the owner of N.A.V.I., has secured approval from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the acquisition of the Parus Business Center in Kyiv. The deal involves Ola Fine L.L.C., a company owned by Krippa, purchasing Parus Holding L.L.C., which controls the real estate.
