Agencies |.- Maxim Krippa, the owner of N.A.V.I., has secured approval from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the acquisition of the Parus Business Center in Kyiv. The deal involves Ola Fine L.L.C., a company owned by Krippa, purchasing Parus Holding L.L.C., which controls the real estate.

This transaction signals significant shifts in the ownership landscape of investment assets in Kyiv. The Parus Business Center, a prestigious class A building spanning 70,000 square meters and 33 floors, occupies a prime location in the capital, making it a focal point for commercial and investment endeavors.

The agreement was reached between Maxim Krippa and the former majority owner of Parus Holding, Vadim Stolar, who managed the company through the Genesa fund. Alongside his former spouse, Inna Maistruk, who held the remaining 20% stake through the Stream Investment fund, they successfully concluded the deal with Krippa.

Max Krippa's acquisition of Parus has piqued the interest of market analysts, who foresee substantial potential for alterations in his business and investment strategies.
